Farmer
Farmer is one of the 18 Jobs available to players. As you would expect, farmer is one of the easiest jobs to pick up, only requiring a hoe, farmland, and crops.
Income and Experience
Farmers gain income and experience through planting and harvesting crops. Different amounts of money and experience can be gained from different crops. For more info, be sure to check out /j info farmer.

Unique Abilities
At level 10 Farmers can use these abilities to significantly speed up the farming process by allowing the player to farm land in chunks.
Plow
Turns multiple dirt or grass into plantable soil at once. Left click dirt with a hoe in order to toggle plow modes.
Plant
Plants multiple seeds at once. Left click air with seeds in order to toggle plant modes.
Fertilize
Allows you to bonemeal multiple plants at once. Left click air with bonemeal in order to toggle fertilize modes.
Harvest
Allows you to break multiple crops at once by right clicking the crops with a hoe. Left click air with a hoe in order to toggle harvest modes.
In order to lock in a ability mode, shift left click air with the ability's item. Shift left click air again to unlock. Each ability has different modes which are described below.

| 30 | Range: 6 | Affects a 7 long chain of blocks starting with the block right-clicked, and moving in the direction the player is facing |
| 40 | Range: 8 | Affects a 9 long chain of blocks starting with the block right-clicked, and moving in the direction the player is facing |
| 50 | Range: 10 | Affects a 11 long chain of blocks starting with the block right-clicked, and moving in the direction the player is facing |

Pig Farming
Level 10 Farmers can plow and harvest crops by riding a pig over them. Note, this will harvest crops that are not fully grown yet.

Job Bags
At level 30 Farmers can start creating their respective job bags, which are similar to bags of holding, but only hold items relevant to the job.

level 40, crafted with 4 petrified wood and 1 Hay Block, holds 36 items - Huge Job Bag at
