~~NOTOC~~ ====== Tomes ====== **Tomes** are used to gain an additional level/tier on specific enchantments to further better your tools, weapons, and armor. ====Acquiring Tome Fragments==== Tome Fragments can be acquired in several different ways: *Drop from any slain Legendary Monsters (1% drop rate) *Guaranteed drop from specific legendary mobs (for example, slaying a Horseman of the Apocalypse legendary mob always rewards a Horsemen of the Apocalypse tome fragment) *Loot from treasure chests found with Treasure Maps *Purchased from the Rewards Shop ''/rewards'' *Chests located inside of Wastelands Structures ====Crafting an Ancient Tome==== Once you have acquired all the tome fragments needed, place all of the fragments into the crafting grid to acquire the tome. {{:tomes_craft.gif?400|}} To craft a tome, a specific number of tome fragments of the same type must be used. See the list below for amount of pages required per tome. ====List of Ancient Tomes==== ^Tome Name ^ Pages Needed ^ Enchantment^ |A Song of Ice and Fire |6 Pages |Protection V | |Horsemen of the Apocalypse|8 Pages|Efficiency VI| |Legend of the Golden Ninja |4 Pages | Power VI| |Seven Deadly Sins |7 Pages |Sharpness VI | |The Planeswalker Gathering |5 Pages |Unbreaking IV | ====Enchanting with Ancient Tomes==== 1.To enchant an item with a tome, simply use a vanilla anvil and place your weapon, tool, or armor piece in the first slot of the anvil’s GUI. {{:tomes_item_and_book.gif?400|}} 2. Once you have placed the item you wish to enchant in the first slot, place the tome in the second slot of the GUI. {{:tomes_combining.gif?400|}} 3. Finally, grab the newly enchanted item out of the anvil’s GUI: {{:tomes_completed.gif?400|}} Note: When applying a tome, the item’s tooltip might not show the enchantment you are trying to add. This is only a visual glitch; the tome will add the correct enchantment. {{:tomes_visual_error.gif?400|}}
