Added Change the Void block collection sound back to the enderman vwoop

As the title states. I wouldn't totally mind the portal teleportation noises for collection if it wasn't so loud for so long, it's hard to hear music/podcasts/discord/anything in general when using the voids.

Honestly enderman woop for void storage sound so much better because you cant turn sound down for void storage unless you turn mc sound completely down
